7-8U  New brackets and game times are now posted in the tournament section.

Due to the rain and field conditions, we are pushing back the start time of the games until 1:30 to give the fields more time to dry.  This should also make it easier on the teams that were scheduled to play early morning games.  The first set of games will be the 8U loser bracket games at 1:30.  All the 7U games will start at 2:50.  By the end of the day, we will be down to 3 teams in each age.  We will try to work the remaining games in during the week.  Any further updates will be made to the rainout number.

8U division - Wednesday night
Game 1: 6:00 pm - Burg v Hamersville (loser's bracket)
Game 2: immediately following Game 1, Game 1 Winner v NR
Game 3 (if needed): immediately following Game 2, Game 1 Winner v NR
 

7U division - Thursday night
Game 1: 6:00 pm - Burg v WT Wildcats (loser's bracket)
Game 2: immediately following Game 1, Game 1 Winner v WT Lancers
Game 3 (if needed): immediately following Game 2, Game 1 Winner v WT Lancers

All games played at Mt. Orab fields will now be played at the new fields, 
in town behind Kroger

The rain out number (956-1553) will have information about field closing and delays. 

Arrive 30 minutes before game time, if games get done early, the next game will start as soon as possible.

            U-7 & U-8 OF 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES
           
 4. NO GRACE PERIODS

5. HOME TEAM WILL BE DECIDED BY A COIN TOSS

6. HOME TEAM WILL KEEP THE OFFICIAL SCORE BOOK  

7. SCORES ARE TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 10 MINUTES TO THE TOURNAMENT MARSHALL

8. TEAMS ARE TO ARRIVE AT THE PARK 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAMES

9.   NO PRACTICING ON THE INFIELD

      (Tossing is permitted in the grassy areas)

10. NO BATS  ARE TO BE USED DURING WARM UPS

11.  HIT STICKS ARE PERMITTED IN A SAFE AREA

12. PITCHING WARM-UP IS PERMITTED BY UMPIRES DISCRETION

13. ALL GAME SPECS. MUST BE FOLLOWED OF EACH AGE GROUP

14. 7- RUN RULE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL AGE GROUPS

15. INTERNATIONAL TIE BREAKER WILL BE USE FOR EXTRA INNINGS

16. ALL PROTESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY $50 & BE MADE AT THE TIME OF THE PLAY OR INCIDENT IN QUESTION.  ALL PROTESTS WILL BE HANDLED BY THE TOURNAMENT MARSHALL. PROTEST WILL BE DECIDED BEFORE THE GAME IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUED.
 

  The preseason tourney at Mt Orab for u-11,u-12,u-13 has to be changed. 

Mt Orab needs to move this to May 16,17,18
