Registration  to the website is only to be done by District Reps.

How to register your team.

 Please note: Please; only hit the "submit" button one time

** Do not use all caps, do not use " or ' - or ! in the name, use only spaces.
** Team name should start with your park name, then team name.
Example: Bethel Tigers, or Mt. Orab Rams, WT Cubs
Please put the name of your park first, if there is another TIGERS or RAMS in your age group,
adding your park to the name makes you different.
If at time of registration you are unsure of your team name, put the park and your name, such as: Felicity Miller or Williamsburg Grant.
The name can be changed when you pick a name,  adding the park and your name makes it easier for us to schedule.
** Please add your correct email and phone number, this is important, because other;
coaches in your group may need to contact you to reschedule games.
** Add your assistant coaches email and phone number, so they may be contacted if you are not available.
** Add a 4 digit number, this can be the last digits of your ssi, or any number you wish to use that you remember.
This code is needed to log your wins.
*** Only you or who you wish to log your wins for you, should have this code.***

 Because many parents do not  wish to have their daughters name on the net,
it is not necessary to enter the players of your team. YOU MUST enter team name and coach info.

If you choose to enter your players names and info, you will receive a computer generated form to turn in to your dist rep.
After you have finished filling in the information, hit SUBMIT button, a new screen appears with all you info, the computer ask you if it is correct, you may hit the complete button, or go back and fix any errors. Please hit the "submit" button one time, give the computer and our data base time to respond, hitting the button again can add a second team that will need to be deleted.

Team name changes can only be made after all schedules are made and accepted.
